This dynamic one-hour workshop will immerse parents, carers, and their preschool children, into the imaginative world of “The Mindful Dinosaurs”; truly inspiring and courageous baby dinosaurs, who triumph over adversity through mindfulness. By being an integral part of the stories unfolding, each child has opportunity to experience mindfulness within a relatable, concrete, and accessible paradigm, and to enjoy the inherent awareness, presence and emotional resilience which permeates this truly enlightening workshop.
