Spend a day where you put yourself first. Step out of the fast lane and into one of peace and harmony as you reconnect to your inner child and create a work of art that reflects all that you once were and all that you could be. No experience is necessary as this is YOUR interpretation and you will be guided through a heart warming experience of discovery and awakening.

A day where you learn the first stage in becoming emotionally fit for your future.
This is your day to join with like minded women discovering themselves once more.
Laughing, giggling and unafraid to be themselves, in a non-judgemental and safe space.
A future full of possibilities in HOPE, JOY and FREEDOM.
Let the magic begin as soon as you are ready to open yourself up to learn how you can become Emotionally Fit for Life.

Workshop includes all artists supplies and materials, a light lunch, refreshments, education, guided meditation and your own personal pink print prescription to emotional fitness.
