Turns out it's National Science Week, and Corrimal Library is putting on a liquid nitrogen show. Expect some truly cool (pun intended) demonstrations where things might get a bit wild and a bit chilly. You'll probably learn a few things about what happens when stuff gets really cold, how solids, liquids, and gases behave, and even pick up some insights into things like pressure and temperature, all without really trying. Apparently, it's also a pretty good laugh.
This particular bit of fun is for anyone aged five and up. Just a friendly heads up, if your budding scientist is under eight, they'll need a grown up sticking around with them for the show.
