My First STEM is an interactive program that uses play based activities to encourage children to learn and investigate the world around them.
Each session will start with a themed storytime reading of 1-2 books aged at younger readers. Children will be encouraged to sing and rhyme and interact in a fun activity that will focus on math skills, colours, numbers or shapes. The session will then move into a 15 minute free play of Duplo Lego building. Children will be provided with 3 tubs, each containing pictures and designs to re-create and build.
